Eddie the Ravenous Butcher is a prominent figure in the post-apocalyptic world. Despite the scarcity of food in this grim world, he always manages to procure mysterious provisions, ranging from ingredients to meat. His resourcefulness makes him popular, earning him a place among the survivors. Even when he is inexplicably expelled by the leader of the first Shelter, another Shelter eagerly welcomes him. However, as Eddie settles into the Shelter, his hidden ambitions come to light. He gradually seizes control, replacing the Shelter's leader and manipulating the survivors. As residents begin to mysteriously disappear, a chilling rumor spreads among them: The meat Eddie provides might actually be human or even zombie flesh. This disturbing rumor paints Eddie in an increasingly repulsive light. Yet he continues to thrive, enjoying the best treatment wherever he goes. To some people, it doesn't matter where their food comes from as long as they're fed.
