Victor Blackwood was once the laboratory security head of a biological organization. Although he did not have a high position, he became ambitious after years of service and was one of the members of the organization who attempted to profit from their powerful biotechnology. When the zombie apocalypse struck, Victor happened to be in the laboratory. He was infected with the zombie virus, but he refused to become a zombie. He took the risk and used untested methods from the laboratory's research to stop his transformation process. The treatment worked. Not only was he not consumed by the zombie virus, but he also transformed into something akin to a biochemical weapon. However, this power came at a cost: Victor now needs more of the organization's technology to maintain his humanity. But having enjoyed this transformative power, he grew to believe that this power was the only way to change the world and rebuild order.
